Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, clients will retain their remaining number of appointments, which can be used within the validity period of their current subscription.

Refund Policy

• i-FiT Session: Refunds are available if requested within 30 days of purchase if the session has not been used.

Monthly Memberships: Clients may receive a full refund if none of the sessions have been used. If any sessions have been utilized, the payment is non-refundable, however, clients may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Any remaining sessions will be honored until the end of the billing cycle.
